From the Desk of Chief General Manager, HO, NABARD

While the country is making great strides in the start-up ecosystem, the number of start-ups are comparatively less in agriculture and rural space. NABARD has a policy to support the start-ups in this space through our incubation centres and subsidiaries.

The SDAU RBIC is first rural business incubation centre supported by NABARD in the state of Gujarat and the entire western region of the country. The RBIC is playing a catalytic role in the establishment of strong agribusiness entrepreneurship through ideation, incubation, and acceleration besides technical and financial support. It is heartening to note that the centre is coming up with its website which will help in establishing global connect, reach and transparency.
