Dr. Kapil Mohan Sharma, Ass. Research Scientist (Hort.), Date Palm Research Centre, Mundra, Kutch Visited SDAU RBIC on 9th May, 2022. CEO and CSO have discussed the possibilities of collaboration for commercialization of food processing technologies developed by Date Palm Research Centre. Dr. Sharma was positive with the possibilities of processing in date palm and will be in close contact with SDAU RBIC faculties to take it forward in time to come.
